An independent company offering specialist interim support within the hotel and hospitality venue industry.

We work with a portfolio of industry leading, highly skilled, motivated and professional consultants within a range of service specialisms.

Tower has been created by stalwart supporters of the hospitality industry, who know from first-hand experience that interim support is most beneficial when provided through a consultative approach. Craig has worked in the hotel industry since the age of 15 starting his journey with Stakis Hotels.  After working in the industry for many years he left to join the award winning booking agency Key Reservations.  Taking the reigns in 2006 the business grew developing retaining existing clients and sourcing new, on the ethos of service first and profit will follow.  A mantra he still believes in today.

Craig has a drive for attention to detail and systems process, with the belief that the right systems and the right processes will bring results.

David has worked within the hospitality industry for over 20 years in various roles from Operations and Recruitment with the last 10 years being within various Commercial functions.

David has worked with some of the most known hotel brands over the years and although based in Scotland has worked extensively throughout the UK within many different markets.

Exceeding client expectations is key to David as is ensuring that those he works with believe Tower Consultancy was created to “Strengthen your organisation to deliver required results, whilst developing others and keeping people at the heart of the business”

Kirsty has gained her experience in the hospitality industry from a broad range of sales roles working for both branded and unbranded properties, including various on property corporate sales focussed roles and a national travel trade position for a multi branded hotel group.

Kirsty understands the importance of a flexible approach to each client, adapting and personalising the services that Tower Consultancy can provide to ensure clients achieve the desired goal within their business.
